During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid and accessible email address, your date of birth, and a Pakistani mobile number. You must notify jetbuzz promptly of any changes to your registered information.
jetbuzz reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approval of registration does not waive jetbuzz's right to subsequently close an Account found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You agree not to register an Account or use the Platform if you are doing so on behalf of any other person, or for any commercial purpose beyond your own personal entertainment.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. jetbuzz will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.
You are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. jetbuzz supports 2FA via JazzCash and EasyPaisa one-time password (OTP) verification, which provides an additional layer of security without requiring a separate authenticator application.
You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, including any transactions, bets, or communications made using your login credentials, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jetbuzz Support immediately via the live chat facility in your Account dashboard.
jetbuzz employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections to the Platform. Automated fraud monitoring systems operate continuously to detect unusual login patterns, suspicious transaction activity, and other indicators of unauthorised Account access.
jetbuzz accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank online transfer, and supported cryptocurrency networks. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at the Platform's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and cryptocurrency are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. jetbuzz does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which jetbuzz bears no responsibility.
All funds deposited into your jetbuzz Account must belong to you personally. You must not deposit funds originating from any illegal source, including but not limited to proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud. jetbuzz complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
jetbuzz is not a financial institution. Funds held in your Account do not accrue interest. Player funds are maintained in accounts segregated from the Platform's operational funds.
Withdrawal of funds from your jetbuzz Account is subject to the successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. KYC requires you to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport), proof of address issued within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Only real-money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is submitted while such requirements remain outstanding, unless otherwise specified in the relevant bonus terms.

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

PSL (Pakistan Super League) markets and other cricket betting markets are among the most popular products on jetbuzz. Cricket betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension during significant in-play events including wickets, rain delays, and DLS method calculations. Bets placed before a suspension that were not confirmed prior to the triggering event may be voided at jetbuzz's discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbuzz, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in odds or game outcomes caused by technical failure.
jetbuzz's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jetbuzz makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
jetbuzz is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or for any losses arising from your participation in any game or betting event, as all gaming and betting involves inherent financial risk.
jetbuzz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at jetbuzz.vin/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jetbuzz will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
